You’ll be taken back to your home page and you’ll have the app beneath your finger still. Then, press your finger on it and hold until the phone vibrates. If you want to add an app shortcut to your desktop, just tap the ‘Apps’ icon in the bottom right and scroll left and right until you find the app you want. You can then add more apps by dragging them over the folder and releasing, to tidy up your desktops. Note that this doesn’t delete the app from the phone.Īnd if you drag one app onto another app (which causes a green box to appear around the second app) and then release, you’ll create a folder with those two apps as the contents. You can also remove it from your desktop by dragging it up to the ‘Remove’ box that appears at the top of the screen and releasing.
